The night Spider-Man 2 opened, I was in the theater watching it. Why? Well, first of all because I'm a geek. I loved Spidey when I was a kid, and so I now love the movies. Also, let's face it, Tobey Maguire is hot.
But something interesting happened to me in that movie. I fell in love with Kirsten Dunst.
So what is a gay man doing falling in love with Kirsten Dunst? What is it about this woman that turns a gay man on? Well, let me tell you: she's got crooked teeth.
OK, I know crooked teeth is a silly reason to fall in love with someone, but you've got to understand that this is a major Hollywood star with crooked teeth. Do you know what that means? That means she's a real person.
Real people are always more attractive that plastic (and plastic-surgeried) Hollywood types. And unlike most Hollywood starlets, Kristen Dunst manages to be very pretty, despite those little flaws that we all have -- the little flaws that make us human. And, I don't know about you, but I'd always rather fool around with a human than with, well, something else...
And I'm so glad that Spider-Man 2 is coming out on DVD right now, because I really needed to be thinking about Kirsten Dunst at the moment. I got one of those e-mails from a jerk telling my I'm way too ugly to take my clothes off (note that he faked his return address, or I'd've told him that since he's so much better looking than me I want him on AaronsBoys.com), and I was again worrying about how I look... am I too heavy? I've always looked old, but am I starting to look too old... and then I saw an ad for Spider-Man 2 and I thought about Kirsten Dunst.
Kirsten, I can't imagine you'll ever read this, but in case you do... Thank you for having crooked teeth!
